A native-born Santa Fean with roots in the Spanish and Native American cultures, Lisa Samuel journeyed through a path of rich experiences to the destination of minority business owner, entrepreneur and principal of her premier interior design firm. Based in Santa Fe, Samuel Design Group serves clients throughout the Southwest including New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Pacific Northwest and California.
Through her early studies of architecture and construction, Lisa set a foundation for continuing her love of design and, in particular, interior design. Lisa’s unique vision, discernment and attention to detail results in consistently stunning design projects.

MELISA MARIONI
Design Assistant / Coordinator
A Santa Fe local for over 20 years, Melisa Marioni blends creativity and strategy through her background in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Real Estate. She serves as Marketing Manager for The Ralph Alan Real Estate Group at Las Campanas Realty and is a former Marketing Director for Keller Williams Realty Santa Fe.
As a Staging & Design Assistant / Coordinator with Alchemy Staging & Design, Melisa works alongside renowned interior designer Lisa Samuel, helping lead staging projects and elevate spaces with thoughtful, sophisticated design. She is also an Associate Broker, seamlessly integrating real estate, design, and staging to maximize a home’s potential.
GLORIA ROMERO
Project Manager
With a natural talent for organization and a calm, steady approach, Gloria plays a key role in keeping both The Ralph Alan Real Estate Group (RARE) and Alchemy Staging & Design running smoothly. As Project Manager, she helps oversee all projects from start to finish, making sure timelines stay on track and every detail is thoughtfully handled.
Gloria works closely with agents, designers, vendors, and clients, acting as a trusted point of connection across real estate, staging, and design. She has a true gift for managing many moving parts while keeping things positive, clear, and collaborative. A huge part of the team, Gloria’s dedication, reliability, and behind-the-scenes leadership help bring every project to life and make the entire process feel seamless.
JASMINE ROMERO
Staging Assistant
Jasmine is the latest addition to the Alchemy Staging & Design team and an essential part of day-to-day operations. As Staging & Design Assistant, she supports staging projects from start to finish, helping ensure each space comes together seamlessly and on schedule.
Outside of design, Jasmine brings the same leadership and dedication to her role as a head volleyball coach for teenage girls, where she mentors, motivates, and inspires both on and off the court. Her strong work ethic, organization, and positive energy make her a valued member of the Alchemy team.
STEPHANIE GALASSINI
Logistics Coordinator
As the newest addition to the Alchemy Staging & Design team, Stephanie supports day-to-day operations as a Logistics Coordinator. She assists with administrative tasks, order tracking, and coordinating deliveries and receiving—helping keep projects organized and moving smoothly.
With a background in the service industry, Stephanie brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Known for her positive, bubbly personality and natural ability to connect with people, Stephanie is a great support to both the team and our clients, helping maintain the seamless experience Alchemy is known for.
